Alps Coffee Espresso Bar

Do you love the typical Italian espresso with a strong, spicy flavour and a velvety crema? The Alps Coffee Espresso Bar delivers exactly that. With its balanced blend of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans, it is the perfect companion for espresso purists and fans of creamy lattes such as cappuccino or latte macchiato.

This espresso impresses with a harmonious combination of flavour, full-bodied taste and subtle acidity. Aromatic notes of bread crust, cocoa and caramel give it its unique character. The hazelnut-brown crema remains stable and rounds off the flavour experience. The aftertaste? Balanced and typically Italian - simply perfect.

The blend consists of 80 % Arabica beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and other top growing regions and 20 % high-quality Robusta beans from India. The medium-strength, long roasting process ensures that each bean is roasted evenly, which has a positive effect on the flavour. The espresso is full-bodied, intense and yet well-balanced - a real masterpiece from South Tyrol.

For the portafilter machine: 7 g of finely ground coffee powder, 25 ml of hot water at 9 bar pressure and an extraction time of around 25 seconds. This produces a concentrated espresso with a full flavour. The Alps Coffee Espresso Bar also shows its strength in a cappuccino or latte macchiato, as it can assert its strong flavours against the sweet milk.

The Schreyögg roastery, based in South Tyrol and a member of the "Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano", has stood for the highest art of coffee for three generations. Thanks to the gentle long roasting process, which takes 15-20 minutes, this espresso develops its unmistakable flavour. Ideal for anyone looking for an authentic alternative to the standard roasts of large mass-produced roasters.
