Vicafé Miju, Ethiopia

With ViCAFE Miju, experience a single origin coffee from Ethiopia that is cultivated with dedication and care by Alemayehu Daniel, his circle of brothers and their families. These organic coffee beans, which mature at an altitude of 2050 metres above sea level, are a masterpiece of dry processing and offer you a unique taste experience that is as pure and unadulterated as the soil on which they grow.

Vibrant flavours
Feel how every sip of ViCAFE Miju envelops your senses with vibrant notes of berries, lemongrass and eucalyptus. The medium body and high acidity of this coffee harmonise perfectly and create an intense, almost dance-like aroma profile. The light roast emphasises the natural flavour notes and gives the coffee a pleasant freshness and clarity.

Perfection in detail
ViCAFE Miju is a real treat for connoisseurs and is ideal for preparing in a pour-over or French press to allow the complex aromas to fully unfold. These methods of preparation emphasise the subtle nuances and high acidity that characterise this Ethiopian coffee. Enjoy it as a refreshing start to the day or as a sophisticated end to a fine dinner.

Sustainability and tradition
Behind every cup of ViCAFE Miju is the family of Alemayehu Daniel, who run their farm in the Chelbes, Gedeb Woreda, Yirgacheffe region with passion and respect for tradition. By buying this coffee, you are not only supporting sustainable farming methods and fair working conditions, but also the heritage and future of a family that grows coffee with pride and quality awareness. Enjoy the excellence of Grade 1, unwashed processed coffee and be part of a story that spans generations.

Fresh Service: This coffee is freshly roasted for you every Monday and shipped two days later.

Some companies take a short break during the public holidays. It is therefore possible that your order will not be dispatched until after the holidays. Thank you for your understanding

We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.

We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.

Coffee Annan Café Crème, organic

Discover a world of coffee that goes deeper with the Organic Café Crème from Coffee Annan. Grown on the volcanic heights of the Rwenzori Mountains in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this coffee promises not only enjoyment, but also a story of hope and change. With every sip, you support the sustainable efforts of local coffee farmers who produce this exceptional coffee under difficult conditions but with a great deal of passion. The BIO-Café Crème is characterised by its smooth and finely balanced aromas of chocolate and caramel. The combination of single origin Arabica beans of the rare Rumangabo variety and careful roasting in Kenya gives this coffee an exquisite balance of flavours. The light sweetness and creamy texture turn every sip into a small celebration. This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee. These methods bring out the natural sweetness and harmonious chocolate and caramel flavours and guarantee a full-bodied coffee experience. Your perfect morning starts with the BIO-Café Crème. With every purchase of Coffee Annan coffee, you contribute directly to a fairer value chain. This is because, unlike usual, a significant proportion of the revenue generated is reinvested directly in the coffee-growing regions. This not only supports local coffee farmers, but also promotes sustainable practices and improves living conditions in one of the world's most challenging regions. With Coffee Annan's organic café crème, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee, but also become part of a movement that shows how enjoyment and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
