The 'Superiore' is a typical Italian coffee, nutty, sweet and with a strong finish. The unique coffee blend of Indian and African beans is traditionally and gently roasted by master roaster Maurizio Goracci. The result is woody and toasty flavours as well as notes of roasted pine nuts and sweet almond biscuits. A unique and successful coffee, perfect for an espresso.
GM Caffè is a traditional family business from the Italian town of Terme di Montepulciano. It is still roasted in the traditional way using oak wood. The company is now run by Maurizio Goracci, the third generation of the family to do so.
