Mao Feng long grass tea
Mao Feng ("Hairy Peak") is produced in many places in China, probably originally from Huangshan (Anhui province). The bud and two leaves are usually used, often leaves from the second picking. The leaves are usually baked in the oven with hot air to heat them. Mao Feng tends to be dark green in colour and sometimes very palatable, with the tangy green tea note in the background.
