Nishant Gurjer produces one of the world's best Robustas on his estate in south-west India. We source this top-quality coffee, which is produced with great effort, directly and without a middleman.
We blend it with a sun-dried Brazilian Arabica from the Minas Gerais region. The Sidama from Ethiopia gives this blend the finishing touch.
All coffees in this espresso blend are fair trade and 100% traceable back to the farm or cooperative.
Black & Blaze is a small Zurich roastery. It was founded in 2010 by owner Claude Stahel, who decided to dedicate his life to coffee while on holiday. Claude and his team roast a variety of different coffees in Ebmatingen/Forch with great enthusiasm.
