The "Patrizio" tamper was designed while preparing to take part in the Swiss Barista Championships. Although the first prototype was not yet perfect, it did the job for a successful participation. Two years later, after extensive testing and incorporating the latest developments in tamper technology, today's final design was created.
The "Patrizio" tamper is a development that was started in 2012 and was finalised two years later in terms of ergonomics, functionality and choice of materials.
