Illycafé Decaffeinated Venezia, 250g beans
Illycafé offers something special. Here you can order one and the same bean blend in three different roasting grades. Illycafé is made exclusively from Arabica beans grown on selected small fazendas at high altitudes in Central and South America and East Africa. An optical sorting system enables each individual coffee bean to be inspected. Only the beans that fulfil the strict quality requirements find their way to the roasting plant. This decaffeinated coffee is gently decaffeinated with water and is as aromatic as "normal coffee".
Illycafé has been roasting coffee in Thalwil on Lake Zurich since 1939. The company mainly imports beans from Central and South America, East Africa, Indonesia and India. These are then blended and roasted on the left bank of Lake Zurich according to secret recipes.
