This decaffeinated espresso-based coffee made from 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta beans convinces with its wholesome and full-bodied flavour and comes exclusively from selected producers in Central America and South Asia, from organic and fair cultivation. Schreyögg Espresso Caffeine Free is the heartier version of Bar Exquisit from the same roastery. This Caffè is medium in every respect - and that is what makes it so exceptional. 100% Arabica. 100% Arabica from Florence, distinguished as 'ESPRESSO ITALIANO' Crema is the name of Jolly's top blend. Although the word blend is actually only a gross simplification. It is much more accurate to speak of a composition. No less than 12 (twelve) different high-quality Arabica varieties pamper the senses here. The beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Haiti and Santo Domingo produce a mild, mellow taste with a very balanced, pleasant acidity. The wonderful aroma and the long, chocolaty aftertaste show how wonderfully rounded this composition is. The individual bean varieties are roasted separately before the actual blending process. This high effort ensures an optimal degree of roasting of the respective bean variety, which in turn is decisive for the consistently high quality of the coffee.Jolly Crema is suitable for the perfect 'Espresso Italiano' (by the way, another quality seal that distinguishes this Caffé) from classic portafilter machines and is also popular as a mild espresso in fully automatic machines.The renowned and competent trade magazine L'Assagiatore placed Jolly Caffè - by a clear margin - in first place.
