The Cafiosa roastery combines carefully selected raw beans from Brazil, India and Uganda to create a harmonious blend that perfectly balances depth and balance. Each origin is roasted individually and gently in a drum roaster. Only then is the coffee blended to create a coffee that lives up to its name.Cafiosa Cremoso is creamy, smooth and exceptionally balanced. The acidity remains subtle in the background. It lies in the craftsmanship of the roasting masters. Cafiosa roasts slowly and gently. Gives the coffee time. Breaks down tannins. Brings out depth, clarity and digestibility from every bean.
