The top quality from Bristot has an Arabica content of 95%. The 5% Robusta is added deliberately and ensures that a beautiful crema forms and that the coffee is full-bodied in the mouth. The high-quality Arabicas, on the other hand, determine the balanced flavour, which is slightly nutty. The only slightly oily beans are medium to dark roasted and impress with their absolutely even roast - something you rarely find.
The Bristot family began roasting coffee in Belluno, Italy, in 1919. Back then, Bristot coffee was still delivered by bicycle. Times have since changed, but not the original dedication and commitment to quality and service.
