Etzinger etzMAX Light T

The etzMAX is one of the fastest and most precise espresso grinders. Recommended for restaurants with low coffee consumption, approx. 50-60 grinds per day.

This grinder is used by baristas with the highest demands on freshness and grinding results. The residual quantity in the grinding chamber is minimal at approx. 0.8 grams and can be used as a single-dose grinder with the single-dose attachment.

At 3.0 to 3.4g per second, 20 grams are ground in 6 to 7 seconds. The etzMax Light T can be upgraded to a weight-controlled version.

The best grind setting is achieved in steps of 20 with the upper grind adjustment ring. A fine correction can be set on the lower grinding degree adjustment ring.

Etzinger, founded by Christian Etzinger, an aeronautical engineer, is characterised by the production of extremely precise grinding cones. These grinding cones are so precise that they are supplied to renowned companies such as La Marzocco and Baratza.
The speciality lies in the philosophy of Christian Etzinger, who, as a coffee lover with a passion for technology, strives for perfection. His grinders are designed to use as little technology as possible and as much as necessary at the same time. They are service-friendly and perfected over seven years of research, development, testing and improvement.

AG, a family business run by Christian Etzinger, a trained aeronautical engineer, specialises in the manufacture of grinders, electric and manual coffee grinders and pepper mills.
