How to submit your claim:

1. Register your claim with the Bankruptcy Office

If you wish to make a claim concerning an outstanding order or another amount owed by the former operating company, you must register it directly with the responsible Bankruptcy Office.

• Responsible authority: Uster Bankruptcy Office
• Subject: Bankruptcy proceedings of Gustus GmbH

2. Payments by credit card or PayPal

If you paid for your outstanding order by credit card or PayPal, you can also check whether a refund is possible.

• For credit card payments, this procedure is known as a “chargeback”. Please contact your bank or credit card provider as soon as possible. You will find the necessary information in the confirmation email for your online payment or on your credit card statement.
• If you paid with PayPal, you can view the transaction in your PayPal account. In the Resolution Centre, you can check whether you are eligible to open a case under PayPal Buyer Protection.

3. Our voluntary goodwill offer

As the new operating company, we were also affected by the insolvency of Gustus GmbH and therefore fully understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse any outstanding amounts. However, we would be pleased to offer you a goodwill solution in the form of special discounts up to the value of your outstanding claim.

Legal notice:

The new operating company of kaffeezentrale.ch is a fully independent company. It has only acquired the trademark rights and certain assets from the bankruptcy estate. The entire purchase price was paid to the Bankruptcy Office for distribution to the creditors. The new company is not the legal successor of Gustus GmbH and therefore cannot legally assume any debts, unfulfilled orders or other claims dating from before the change of operator.
