Composed of six different Arabica varieties, which are roasted particularly slowly and gently for 28 - 30 minutes. An elegant coffee with a wonderfully full-bodied flavour with slightly floral and peppery notes - perfectly balanced. Its intensity and long finish also make it an excellent base for cappuccinos and other lattes.
The history of the Passalacqua roastery began in 1948 with a small roasting machine and a great deal of love and enthusiasm for coffee. Today, the family business is run by the third generation. The company feels that it represents and preserves the best tradition of Neapolitan coffee. This roastery is no longer an insider tip, but a cult! The different varieties are individually roasted to their individual, aromatic optimum, cooled by air and only then processed into a blend.
