MIXTUR II is a pre-blend, in which the raw beans are blended before roasting. This creates a particularly harmonious overall appearance in the cup. This blend is best suited for espresso and cappuccino, where the Robusta shows its full strength and ensures a dense body and stable crema.
The beans are organically grown in India and Colombia (CH-BIO-038, non-EU farming).
