A sophisticated blend of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, India, Colombia and Mexico, roasted in Zurich - strong, creamy and wonderfully full-bodied. Ideal for your portafilter or fully automatic machine - as an espresso, Americano or cappuccino.

Here you get what you're looking for: zero fruit acidity, but all the more body, chocolate and sweet-sweet-bitter notes. The medium roast provides just the right depth without being too heavy. The result is an espresso with a dense crema, dark soul and a velvety texture - perfect for the first shot in the morning or as the basis for a round cappuccino.

Whether you use a portafilter, fully automatic machine or moka pot, this coffee is made for simple, consistent results. For the perfect single espresso, we recommend 8.5-10g of coffee powder, 18-24 seconds of extraction and a result of approx. 20-30g in the cup. This ensures an intense, balanced cup with an impressive crema - even in a fully automatic machine.

The roastery prefers to work with direct trade partners and uses Rainforest Alliance-certified green coffees whenever possible. Each bean is refined using a gentle drum roasting process to guarantee not only flavour, but also safety and sustainability at the highest level.
