The challenge for Ilsa was to design a suitable milk jug for the barista. After two years of research, the best milk jug was created: the "Anniversario". The design was created according to the wishes of an Italian barista master. The new Anniversario series from Ilsa incorporates over 40 years of barista science. In other words, the best Ilsa has ever produced.
Special details include the rounded pouring tip, which allows precise dosing of the milk foam. Completely round top edge, milk foam can therefore also be easily poured crosswise without losing a drop. A newly developed base. This technology cools the milk at the bottom. This prevents the milk from boiling through. The radius of the sloping handle has been scientifically calculated. The Anniversario milk jug is without doubt the best barista "milkjug" available at the moment.
