Wild Arabica with notes of hazelnut and biscuit.

This balanced coffee combines a full body with delicate acidity and spicy flavours. The hand-picked Arabica beans grow wild in the mountain rainforests of Ethiopia. It is especially enjoyable as an aromatic espresso. It is certified organic and Fairtrade.

Rast Koffeinfrei – Chocolate and almonds

A balanced espresso made from organic Arabica beans from Peru.

In the cup, it reveals notes of dark chocolate and almonds, complemented by a delicate fruity touch. The natural CO₂ process preserves the aromas while removing the caffeine from the beans. Rast is especially well suited to espresso and café crème, with a rich body and beautiful crema.

Pausa Caffè Miscela Decaffeinato – Aromatic and elegant

A harmonious blend with a fresh citrus note and a floral finish.

This blend tastes delicate and well rounded. A subtle citrus note brings freshness, while the finish is pleasantly floral. Pausa Decaffeinato is particularly suited to espresso and moka, and tastes great black or with milk.

Cafiosa Tipica Decaf – Caramel and citrus sweetness

A versatile Arabica from Mexico, gently decaffeinated.

Tipica Decaf combines classic roast notes with delicate caramel flavours. Its medium-dark roast makes for a smooth, balanced cup. It works well in a fully automatic machine, a Bialetti pot, a portafilter machine or as filter coffee. It is certified organic and Fairtrade, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
