Die Kaffees von Perle de Café stammen aus einer kleinen Rösterei mit handwerklichem Know-how. So werden die Bohnen jedes Anbaugebiets in einem 22-kg-Trommelröster gemäss einem einzigartigen Röstprofil geröstet.

Due to its location in La Chaux-de-Fonds at 1000 metres above sea level, La Semeuse benefits from a lower boiling point of the water, which allows for a gentler roasting process. This preserves the fine aromas and minimises acidity and bitterness, making every sip of La Semeuse coffee a subtly powerful pleasure.
Every year, La Semeuse imports around 15,000 jute sacks of the finest coffees in the world. With a focus on high-quality Arabica beans, La Semeuse roasts each batch using a time-honoured method in drum roasters. This traditional art, combined with modern technology, ensures a distinctive flavour profile and guarantees the consistently high quality that La Semeuse is known for.
