Café Crème - the fully automatic classic! Of course, a café crème can also be made on a portafilter machine, but the steps involved need to be practised.
It is important that the selected beans are not too oily, as this can quickly cause blockages in the integrated grinder. Our recommendation is a medium to dark roast, ideally with a certain amount of Robusta so that there is a nice "Schüümli" on top. But be careful, the crema is just for the eye and not a sign of quality.
We have put together four different 250g coffees in a pack. To keep things exciting, we change the contents of the pack regularly. You'll find out what's inside when it arrives at your home.
