Drip Roasters Resite
Are you looking for a coffee that always fits the bill? Then Resite is just the thing for you. Sweet, balanced and versatile - this Ethiopian natural impresses with subtle notes of stone fruit, dried fruit and a hint of nut. Whether as filter coffee or espresso: Resite brings a pleasant depth and harmony to your cup and is a reliable companion throughout the day.
Look forward to a harmonious combination of juicy grapes, ripe apricot and the mild creaminess of macadamia. The natural sweetness and balanced mouthfeel make Resite a real all-rounder - exciting but never overpowering.
Resite comes from the fertile highlands of Gedeb in southern Ethiopia. Traditional heirloom varieties grow here at an altitude of 2200 metres under optimal conditions: volcanic soils, constant rain and a great deal of care in processing. Processed as natural, the beans develop their characteristic sweetness and the intense fruity flavours that make this coffee so special during the drying process.
Regardless of whether you prepare the Resite as filter coffee or espresso - it delivers a round, aromatic cup in both cases. With the V60 or AeroPress, you can elegantly emphasise its fruity and nutty nuances. As an espresso, it has a pleasant fullness and always remains balanced and mild.
Gedeb borders directly on the world-famous Yirgacheffe region - and you can taste it. The coffees from Gedeb share many of the characteristics that fans of top-quality Ethiopian coffees love: Fruitiness, elegance and a subtle sweetness. With the Resite, Drip Roaster brings these qualities to a versatile roast that is simply always right - whether in the morning, afternoon or evening.

Fresh Service: This coffee is freshly roasted for you every Monday and shipped two days later.
We recommend that espresso roasts be used 12 days after the roast date or filter coffees 5 days after the roast date found on the package. Freshly roasted coffee needs this time until it is ready for a constant extraction.
We ask that the order is always sent before 23:59 on Sunday, so that we can ensure a shipment on the following Wednesday.
