Joe Frex tamper stainless steel/oak, 57mm

Tamper are essential for espresso preparation. They compact the ground coffee in the portafilter, build up pressure and prevent the brewing water from running through too quickly. This makes the espresso perfect.

The lower parts have a flat surface for pressing on the coffee grounds and are made of solid stainless steel on a CNC lathe.

The highly elegantly shaped handle sits smoothly in the hand because the handle length and weight are precisely balanced. All handles are turned from wood. The oak handles are lacquered.
