Blasercafé, Terroir, Honduras Las Flores

Are you looking for a coffee that not only tastes great, but also has an inspiring story to tell? Then you should try the Blaser Café Terroir Honduras Las Flores. This exclusive coffee comes from the high altitudes of Chinacla, Honduras, and is grown by the passionate coffee farmer Natalia Pineda. Awarded fourth place in the "Honduras Cup of Excellence" in 2017, it offers you an unrivalled taste experience.

With its silky-smooth mouthfeel, this coffee will seduce you with every sip. The flavours of fig, red apple and caramel merge into a harmonious interplay of fruity and sweet notes. A slight bitter note rounds off the flavour and makes this coffee particularly balanced and pleasant. Ideal for anyone who prefers a subtly fruity and mild coffee.

Blaser Café Terroir Honduras Las Flores is made from 100% Arabica beans of the Catuaí variety, which grow at an altitude of 1530 metres on loamy soil. Thanks to selective hand-picking and careful processing, this coffee realises its full potential. Natalia Pineda and her team are passionately dedicated to the cultivation and harvest to guarantee the highest quality.

Whether in a bialetti maker, with a French press or as filter coffee - this coffee develops its flavours particularly well with these preparation methods. The light roast brings out the fruity and caramel flavours perfectly. Enjoy it pure to fully experience the subtle nuances of fig and red apple.

The Las Flores coffee farm is characterised not only by its excellent coffee, but also by its social commitment. After the harvest season, Natalia Pineda trains her employees in the production of handicrafts such as baskets and bags to provide them with additional income opportunities.

This coffee is therefore not only a pleasure for you, but also supports the local community in Honduras.

Coffee Annan Café Crème, organic

Discover a world of coffee that goes deeper with the organic Café Crème from Coffee Annan. Grown on the volcanic heights of the Rwenzori Mountains in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this coffee promises not only enjoyment, but also a story of hope and change. With every sip, you support the sustainable efforts of local coffee farmers who produce this exceptional coffee under difficult conditions but with a great deal of passion. The BIO-Café Crème is characterised by its smooth and finely balanced aromas of chocolate and caramel. The combination of single origin Arabica beans of the rare Rumangabo variety and careful roasting in Kenya gives this coffee an exquisite balance of flavours. The light sweetness and creamy texture turn every sip into a small celebration. This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee. These methods bring out the natural sweetness and harmonious chocolate and caramel flavours and guarantee a full-bodied coffee experience. Your perfect morning starts with the BIO-Café Crème. With every purchase of Coffee Annan coffee, you contribute directly to a fairer value chain. This is because, unlike usual, a significant proportion of the revenue generated is reinvested directly in the coffee-growing regions. This not only supports local coffee farmers, but also promotes sustainable practices and improves living conditions in one of the world's most challenging regions. With Coffee Annan's organic café crème, you can not only enjoy excellent coffee, but also become part of a movement that shows how enjoyment and social responsibility can go hand in hand.
