This espresso impresses with its balance of flavours. With a fruity, floral profile, a subtle acidity and an intense body, it is ideal for anyone who prefers a mild but full-flavoured coffee. The hazelnut-brown crema and velvety finish turn every cup into a moment of pleasure.
The blend of 90% high-quality Arabica beans from Central America, South America and Africa and 10% selected Robusta beans from South Asia ensures a harmonious flavour. The medium roast in northern Italy brings out the fruity and nutty notes of the beans to optimum effect. Each 1kg pack contains whole beans that can be perfectly customised to your needs.
Espresso Exquisit is equally suitable for portafilter machines and fully automatic machines. In the portafilter machine, 7 g of ground coffee unfolds its full potential at a pressure of 9 bar and an extraction time of 25 seconds. In a fully automatic machine, it shows its versatility: whether it's a long cup, espresso or cappuccino - set the grind, the amount of water and the temperature to the optimum and experience perfect coffee every time.
The traditional Schreyögg coffee roasting company from South Tyrol, known for top quality since 1890, roasts the Espresso Exquisit with great attention to detail. The beans are gently refined in a drum roaster to minimise bitterness and preserve aromas. As a member of the "Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano", Schreyögg guarantees an authentic, northern Italian espresso flavour.
