To make the experience perfect, store the matcha in a cool place at +5°C and enjoy it within 3 months. It is safe even without refrigeration, but loses its aroma and flavour more quickly.

Our matcha comes from a Japanese family business that has been working to quality standards that go far beyond organic labels since the 18th century. No labels, just quality - that's our promise.
The matcha leaves from everything.matcha are harvested in spring, 88 days after the beginning of spring, to capture optimal flavours and nutrients. Only the youngest leaves are selected. They are steamed within 20 hours of harvesting to preserve freshness and colour. Grinding takes place within 30 days and is extremely fine, thanks to precisely regulated grinding discs. All these steps ensure a high-quality, but also more expensive matcha with plenty of chlorophyll, antioxidants and minerals.
