Das 65 mm Mahlwerk kann bis zu 3,3 Gramm Mahlgut pro Sekunde bei einer Leistung von 320 W verarbeiten und das in der von Eureka bekannten Weise – leise, homogenes Mahlergebnis, ohne statische Aufladung und Verklumpen.Das Blow Up System auf dem 45 g Single Dose Hopper sorgt für eine saubere Mahlkammer für den folgenden Mahlvorgang. Mit den Eichenholzapplikationen sieht diese High End Mühle auch noch unverschämt gut aus.

The grinder was designed from the ground up with a low noise level in mind. Equipped with a professional 64mm stainless steel disc grinder and 31 grind settings, the ODE allows precise calibration of Pour-Over, Aeropress or Coldbrew. And of course everything in between.Plug in and start grinding, that's how fast it works with the ODE.On the inside of the funnel lid is a graphic with suggested grinds for different brewing methods. The 31 steps range from Aeropress to Pour-Over methods like V60 to French Press and even Cold Brew. Fellow thus covers all filter brewing methods, but the grinder is not suitable for espresso.With a reduced hopper that only holds up to 80g of coffee beans, maximum freshness and aroma are guaranteed.Thanks to the 64mm stainless steel grinding discs, the grinder can grind extremely uniformly, which allows for a controlled brewing process. A built-in PID motor ensures that every single bean is ground with the same power and speed.The spout of the grinder has a knock-out mechanism to free stuck grindings, and the collecting container is magnetically connected to the base of the grinder to always be perfectly centred. There is also a kind of funnel in the container to catch particles that are too fine and separate them from the rest of the grind.Last but not least, the grinder switches off automatically when there are no more beans between the grinding discs.
