This organic coffee comes from 100% Arabica beans, which are carefully grown and harvested at an altitude of 1500 to 1800 metres above sea level. The beans are washed after harvesting and refined in Kenya to a medium-dark roast. This reduces the acidity and brings out the characteristic sweet notes to optimum effect. We recommend using a fully automatic machine, a moka pot or a French press to prepare this fine coffee.
