Thanks to dual boiler technology and PID control, it enables precise customisation for every type of coffee.
The Pro 700 Drive impresses with two independent stainless steel boilers - a 0.75-litre coffee boiler and a 2-litre steam boiler - for high temperature consistency. The innovative Flow Control technology allows you to individually regulate the water flow to the brew group and also adjust it during brewing. The E61 brew group with stainless steel bell ensures optimum extraction. The programmable switch-on and switch-off time and ECO mode round off the versatility of this machine.
Operation is convenient and flexible. The OLED display allows you to precisely set the boiler temperatures and read the throughput time to the second. The ergonomic joystick valves and polished stainless steel give the machine an elegant look. Two swivelling no-burn pipes protect you from burns and the 3-litre water tank can be switched to fixed water operation. The red dial of the pressure gauge and the eye-catching flow profile valve set visual accents.
