The coffee centre is growing! New to the team is our service technician who looks after all our portafilter machines and, of course, those of our customers with a lot of dedication and expertise. As a trained car mechanic, Nicola has always been interested in machines, but after his apprenticeship and a few years on the job, he retrained in coffee machines. For over two decades now, he has been looking after and caring for portafilter machines and has acquired an enormous amount of specialist knowledge; there is now hardly a model he doesn't know. A great enrichment for us and our customers!
Since the beginning of this year, not only our team has grown, but also our premises. Our new workshop, also on the fourth floor at Aathalstrasse 84 in Uster, is being set up step by step by Nicola and Armin Luginbühl - owner and managing director - and the service procedures are being perfected to enable us to work more quickly in future.
All Nicola needs to get off to a good start is an espresso macchiato with a little sugar and he's already got a smile on his face and is spreading good cheer in our small coffee area.
