The GILDA® dual boiler machine heats up quickly ? to operating temperature in 2 minutes - and is exceptionally temperature-stable. This is ensured by the two PID controllers for hot water and steam. The temperature is set via a potentiometer. It's quick and easy. Depending on the set temperature, the acid or bitter notes of an espresso variety are emphasised.
