It can also be used to make strong Cold Brew or even a concentrate. The Quattro Stagioni glass is a proven classic from Italian production. The filter insert is made of robust stainless steel. The glass seals airtight - even with the filter in place. This keeps the Cold Brew Coffee fresh for a long time and makes it easy to store. All parts are easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher.The filter supplied is really well thought out and simply produces better results than if you put the coffee grounds loosely into a preserving jar and then filter it. Due to the size of the filter, the ground coffee is optimally surrounded by the water and has a larger contact surface. The Brewjar also has an advantage over the makeshift solution of making coldbrew with a French press, because the filter sieve is much finer and you really don't get a cloudy brew as a result. In addition, the glass is absolutely tightly sealed, so you can shake it from time to time, as it is nicely explained in the enclosed instructions.For the best result, please use only fresh medium roasted and coarsely ground coffee. Leave the whole thing to infuse in the fridge for between 16 and 24 hours, depending on your taste, remove the filter and let it drip out. The coldbrew will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
