The ingredients are beans from Guatemala, Costa Rica, San Salvador, Brazil and the Congo (plantations in Binga and Bokonge).
In Italy, this is Costadoro's best-selling blend. The small proportion of Robusta provides more crema in the cup and more body in the mouth. Otherwise, almost everything is the same as with the Master Club roast. The aromatic scent of the freshly brewed cup already indicates the class of this blend. Since the Robustas used are of very high quality, there is no trace of gruffness in the elegant aroma. Instead, the taste impression is a little stronger and more full-bodied compared to the Master Club, even though the beans have the same degree of roasting. Rich in nuances in the long-lasting aftertaste, Caffè Costadoro is recommended as an all-round talent for espresso, cappuccino and café crème.
The Costadoro coffee roasting company was founded in Turin in 1890 and soon became famous for its coffee. Today, Costadoro is one of the most flourishing companies in northern Italy. Despite its great growth, however, the roasting process today is still carried out with respect for Costadoro's long-standing traditions.
